The Team Behind the Machines
MaTec is led by founder and managing director Nguyen Thanh Minh, a mechanical engineer who spent a decade in Japanese OEM plants before starting the company. His leadership team blends international purchasing experience, Six Sigma quality management, and hands-on machining expertise. Together they share one goal: remove risk from your sourcing equation.
