How does the quoting process work?
After receiving a customer’s quotation request, we will prepare a detailed quote and send it to the customer within the next 24 hours. Following that, we will further discuss the specific product requirements with the customer to ensure all needs are met.
How are the goods packaged?
First, we wrap the product in 2-3 layers of foam. If the product is prone to corrosion, we add a layer of anti-rust oil, then wrap it with stretch film. The product is then placed in a 7-layer cardboard box. Every item is packed meticulously to ensure that it reaches the customer in the highest quality condition.
How long does it typically take to pack and prepare goods for shipment?
